MORNING YOGA FLOW
All are welcome in Morning Yoga Flow, no prior experience is needed! In this course, we will explore basic vinyasa sequences, stretching and strengthening our bodies as they wake up and prepare for the day. At the start of each class, we will set an intention, however big or small, to help ground ourselves in the present moment. Throughout the twelve class sessions, we will create a toolbox of movements and breathing techniques that can form the foundation of your personal yoga practice.
