Come to Release and Connect class to learn the map of your body’s muscles and soft tissue connections. You will  learn how to release the tightness in our muscles to make room for elasticity and strength. We will analyze and strip Pilates moves to their simplest components in order to get a deeper understanding of how these moves apply to our bodies.
