PIYO BODY CONDITIONING

Tuck to engage and strengthen, roll to relax, and lengthen. This basic movement is used in an evolving series of Pilates exercises and Yoga poses to increase flexibility and strengthen core muscles to attain optimum posture and agility. Alexander Technique concepts will be emphasized.  Yogic Breathing methods set the timing of exercise sets resulting in an increased level of oxygen in the blood. Results include enhanced physical capabilities, mental clarity, and a sense of well-being.
